If you’re reading this and wondering, “who is Julian again” - fair, I’ve been MIA for a few months. I had multiple strokes, nearly died, needed brain surgery. It’s been a lot.
But I’m back and I’ve got a chip on my shoulder to take GTMBA to the moon.
Quick reflection: GTMBA launched just over a year ago from a late-night call. In 12+ months, GTMBA grew into a 2,000+ subscriber community. All this happened while closing the largest deal of my career and navigating the wildest AI start-up ride of 2025. Nights, weekends, commutes spent testing ideas, breaking things, and fixing them.
You’ve probably seen a lot of emails from Chris while I was out. Over the holidays, we caught up, and he’s going all in on VibeScaling, his GTM recruiting/media business. Working with Chris was a highlight of 2025. He is a master of building 0→1 and has helped me uplevel in countless ways, including recently reminding me that doing the unsexy work is often what unlocks the work everyone wants.
